BassButterBaits is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, liability for loss or damage transfers to the carrier. While we will assist in resolving shipping issues, BassButterBaits is not obligated to replace or refund items lost or damaged in transit unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or made-to-order lures may require up to 7 business days to produce before shipping.

We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international locations.

Lost or Damaged Packages
